We now seek an experienced and dynamic Estate Agency Sales Manager & Valuer to lead the sales function at this impressive independent Estate Agency in the East Riding of Yorkshire.

Already one of the leading Agents in the area, this role is designed specifically to take the business to new heights, and represents an exciting challenge for any experienced Estate Agent currently operating in the area.

The Reward

• Up to £40,000pa Depending on Experience
• Highly Competitive Commission Structure with an Uncapped OTE of £60,000pa
• Access to a Pool Car
• 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with an Expectation to Attend Weekend Appointments when Necessary

• Demonstrable valuation conversion rates

• A great communicator at all levels
• Hold a full UK driving license
