Residential Conveyancer – Experienced Fee Earner (full-time)

What you will be doing

• You will be running a busy caseload from start to finish.
• Must be able to ensure all files adhere to Lexcel, CQS and Law Society standards from initial instruction to file closure
• Must be able to ensure that accurate time and costs records are maintained for files
• Must be able to demonstrate the highest standards of customer care in all contacts and dealings with clients and fellow professionals
• Be willing to seek new clients for the firm and develop business with existing clients

What you will have

• At least 3 years experience running a caseload in a Fee Earning position
• Current Practicing Certificate if qualified solicitor, or evidence of alternative relevant qualifications is preferred.
• Have good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Be able to Title Check unaided
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
