Graduate Commercial Property Manager - Hull - Up to £30,000pa – APC Training Supported

A recent Graduate with a relevant degree in property is now sought to join this established Commercial Property Consultancy in the Hull area.

As a Graduate Commercial Property Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn the industry from the ground up, whilst at the same time, being supported in working towards your APC to ultimately become Chartered.

The Reward

• Up to £30,000pa Depending on Experience

The Role

• Working alongside a team of experienced professionals, you will be dealing with all aspects of Property Management across the companies varied commercial portfolio, including maintenance, both planned and scheduled / cyclical
• Work closely with both the landlords and tenants to ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
• Liaising with all parties concerning Service Charges and Business Rates

The Person

• Be a Graduate with a relevant property sector degree
• Have a keen interest in the property sector, ideally with ties to the Hull area
• Be highly organised, disciplined and capable of prioritising at all times
• Be highly motivated to learn and progress your long term career
• Hold a full UK driving license with your own vehicle (mileage expenses will be paid)
