Commercial Property Manager - Newcastle-upon-Tyne - Up to £60,000pa + Benefits

An experienced Commercial Property Manager is now sought to join this highly respected Property Consultancy in the North East.

With a varied and interesting portfolio of commercial property spread across the North East, this is an interesting role for someone who enjoys working on a wide range of property types.

The Role

• Dealing with all aspects of Property Management across the companies varied commercial portfolio, including maintenance, both planned and scheduled / cyclical
• Work closely with both the landlords and tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction at all times
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with all key stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors
• Processing invoices and being involved with credit control
• Liaising with all parties concerning Service Charges and Business Rates

The Person

• Be an experienced Commercial Property Manager
• Ideally be RICS qualified, but this is not essential
• Be highly organised, disciplined and capable of prioritising at all times
• Possess a good understanding and working knowledge of Business Rates, but this is not essential
• Hold a full UK driving license with your own vehicle (mileage expenses will be paid)
