Conveyancing Paralegal - Milton Keynes - Up to £30,000pa

An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors.

Based in the Milton Keynes office, this is an integral role within the business, and so experience of the Residential Conveyancing process is essential.

The Role

• Based in one of two different departments depending on experience, either Post Exchange, or Post Completions
• Working within established teams, you will be working towards common goals, ensuring timely Exchanges and Completions
• Liaising with all parties concerned as appropriate on both Sales and Purchases

The Person

• Must be from a similar background, with a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing
• Must have a good knowledge of the procedures surrounding either Post Exchange, or Post Completion (or both)
• Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
• Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
• Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
• Be IT literate, confident in using a variety of software and databases
