Conveyancing Solicitor - Fully Remote - Up To £45,000pa + £8,000pa Bonus

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a minimum 4 years PQE?

Do you want to to work on a fully remote basis?

What’s in it for you

• Annual salary up to £45,000pa Depending on Experience
• Up to £8,000pa performance related bonus
• Fully Remote
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

What you will be doing

• Responsibility for managing a full and varied caseload of around 40 files
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties from inception to completion
• Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
• Always protect client interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering
• Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules

What you will have

• Have a minimum of 4 years PQE and carrying your own caseload
• Be able to Title Check unaided
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
