Conveyancing Solicitor - Tadcaster + Hybrid - Up to £45,000pa

We now seek a Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, with a minimum 2 years PQE to join this independent firm in Tadcaster on a hybrid basis.

What you will be doing

• Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules
• Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone, in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information

What you will have

• Must be either a Conveyancing Solicitor of a Licensed Conveyancer 2 years PQE minimum
• A proven track record of managing your own caseload
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
