Conveyancing Manager / Team Leader - Milton Keynes - £60,000pa + Partnership Opportunity

Managing an established team of Conveyancers, this is an exceptionally rare opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to take the next step into management.  Carrying your own small caseload, you will additionally be responsible for managing and motivating your team of 6 Conveyancing Fee Earners, ensuring productivity is maximised, without compromising on the quality of work.

What you'll be doing

• Responsibility for managing and leading your established team of 6
• Carrying your own small caseload of Conveyancing transactions
• Liaising with the management team at Partner level
• Responsible for stability and the overall growth of the team and department over time

What you will have

• Must have demonstrable experience of working in Conveyancing and a desire to step into a managerial position
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work effectively and efficiently, whilst also being an engaging and motivating leader
• Be either a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or possess a significant amount of experience as a Fee Earner
