ESTATE AGENT / SENIOR PROPERTY CONSULTANT | CHORLTON £27-£29k + COMMISSION

My client is an award winning independent estate agency in Chorlton, they are seeking a Senior Property Consultant to join the team on a permanent basis.

You will receive:

• £26,000 per annum (plus uncapped commission)

The role:

• Winning new instructions and negotiating property listings.
• Booking and conducting property viewings and offering expert market advice to buyers and sellers.
• Building lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
• Negotiating offers and proactively progressing sales.
• Delivering a seamless customer journey from initial enquiry to successful completion.

About you:

• You will be a real people person with strong customer service experience in a fast paced environment.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in residential Estate Agency with the ability to build and develop relationships.
• A proven track record of working to targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self motivated with a positive attitude.

Due to the nature of this role, a full clean UK driving license is essential.

Working hours will be Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30, working 1 Saturday in 3 (with a day in lieu).
