Junior Residential Conveyancer – fully remote - £40,00

My client, a specialist conveyancing firm is seeking a senior paralegal / junior fee earner to join their growing team. 

This role is a great role for a senior conveyancing paralegal who feels as though they have hit a ceiling in their current role and would like to crack things up a notch and kickstart their career.

What you will be doing

• Extensive knowledge and experience of dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing
• Responsible for allocation of work within the Team
• Responsible for development, progression, and training needs of the Conveyancer and Conveyancing Assistant
• Awareness and involvement of business development

What you will have

• Current experience managing your own conveyancing caseload  
• The ability to effectively manage other people
• Experience with complex cases including shared ownership and new build
• Ability to sign off exchanges and completions
