Lettings Manager - Darlington - £35,000pa + £40,000pa OTE

We now seek an experienced Lettings Manager to take the helm at this busy independent Lettings Agency in Darlington.

With a strong background in Residential Lettings, and knowledge of the local area, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person to join a growing organisation.

The Reward

• Up to £35,000pa Depending on Experience
• £40,000pa OTE

The Role

• Managing the Lettings function of the Darlington branch
• Managing a small team of Lettings professionals
• Conducting Lettings valuations and instructing them to the market
• Managing the companies property portfolio in addition to working with independent landlords
• Networking in the local area to secure new properties

The Person

• An experienced Lettings professional
• Experience in winning new instructions
• A strong knowledge of the rules and regulations in the industry
• People management experience would be preferred
• A professional qualification in property would be advantageous, but is not essential
• Must posses own car (a mileage allowance will be paid)
