Paralegal - Post Exchange - Milton Keynes - Up to £30,000pa

An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal is now required to join this outstanding, and rapidly expanding firm of Solicitors as a Paralegal, specialising solely on Post Exchange work.

Based in the Milton Keynes office, this is an integral role within the business, and so experience of Residential Conveyancing and the post completion process is essential.

The Role

• Obtaining Redemption Statements
• Reviewing commissions owed to any Estate Agents
• Gathering all relevant information so Completion Statements can be drafted
• Request any Leasehold documents from Management companies
• Liaising with the Land Registry
• Liaising with all parties concerned as appropriate on both Sales and Purchases

The Person

• Must be from a similar background, with a good understanding of Residential Conveyancing and the Post Exchange process.  Would also suit a an experienced Conveyancer, perhaps seeking a change of pace
• Possess a confident and professional telephone manner
• Be highly literate, able to converse professionally both in writing and verbally
• Be a team player, always working towards a common goal
• Be IT literate, confident in using a variety of software and databases
