Part Time Title Checker - Fully Remote - Hours to Suit - Up to £35,000pa pro rata

We now seek an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional to join this established firm of solicitors as a Title Checker on a part time basis.

The Person

• Must already be an experienced Residential Conveyancing professional, with a vast amount of industry experience
• Must be able to Title Check both Freehold and Leasehold properties unaided and within agreed time frames
• Must be highly organised, able to work remotely with no supervision
• Must be detail focussed, capable of producing Title Checks flawlessly

The Role

• Title Checking and raising the appropriate enquiries on all assigned files
• Reporting any unusual or unexpected Title issues immediately
• Working on your assigned cases with accuracy and detail in a timely manner
