Property Manager - Richmond - Up to £29,000pa + Enhanced Pension Scheme + Benefits

A Property Manager is now sought to join this well established and reputable property company in the Richmond area.

The Role

• Be the point of contact for tenants of managed properties across the portfolio
• Process tenancy applications, reference checks and draw up AST's
• Conduct viewings with applicants
• Arrange and schedule repairs, both planned and un-planned, whilst also liaising with landlords
• Conduct inpsections, inventories and move-out reports

The Person

• Ideally already be working as a Property Manager, but applicants with a relevant background will also be considered
• Posses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be highly organised, able to prioritise
• Have an interest in property, and be keen to develop a career in the sector
• Hold a full UK driving license, with access to your own vehicle
