Residential Conveyancer - Fully Remote - Up To £40,000 plus Bonus of £8k

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner with 2 years experience across both Sales and Purchases?

Do you want to be able to work on a fully remote basis?

What’s in it for you

• Annual salary up to £40,000pa Depending on Experience
• 5% of all billings  (no threshold) 
• Remote / Home working
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

What you will be doing

• Responsibility for managing a full and varied caseload
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties from inception to completion
• Maintaining and building excellent client relationships
• Always protect client interests, whilst taking precautions against potential fraud

What you will have

• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a Conveyancer carrying your own caseload
• Be able to Title Check
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
• Must have adequate working space to be able to work effectively from home
