Conveyancing Fee Earner - Fully Remote / Home Based - Up to £45,000pa

We now seek a Conveyancing Fee Earner / Licensed Conveyancer / Solicitor, with experience of carrying their own caseload, to join this fantastic firm of Solicitors on a fully remote basis.

What you will be doing

• Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, new build transactions, re-mortgages, right to buy and help to buy schemes, from inception to completion
• Draft legal documents, including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• To ensure all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA, SRA and solicitor account rules
• Deal with clients both in person and on the telephone, in a confident manner providing clear, accurate and up to date information

What you will have

• Must have experience of working as a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner
• A proven track record of managing your own caseload
• Have experience of using a Case Management system
• Be a motivated self-starter, able to work remotely effectively and efficiently
• Be a Licensed Conveyancer or a Solicitor would be advantageous, but is not essential
