We now seek an experienced Estate Agent to join this highly regarded Property Business as a Senior Sales Negotiator in Colburn.

This is an ideal role for someone already working in Estate Agency to take that next step into a more senior position in the industry!

About You

• Experience of Working as an Estate Agent
• Knowledge of the Local Area
• Have a Passion for Property & Great Customer Service
• Full UK Driving License & Access to your own Vehicle is preferred

The Role

• Working as part of a team to sell residential property in Colburn and the surrounding area
• Provide an exceptional level of client service to all parties concerned
• Liaise regularly with the Sales Progression teams to ensure smooth transactions
• 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday
• 9am to 5pm Friday
• Half Day alternate Saturdays with time off in lieu
